Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and organized, allowing our customers to easily find their favorite products. If you have a love for the beverage industry, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Maintain a well-stocked and organized store by accurately and efficiently restocking shelves and displays with products.
  2. Receive and process inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely placement on shelves.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to identify low or out-of-stock items and promptly communicate to management.
  4. Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and identifying discrepancies.
  5. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced according to company guidelines.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized stock room, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
  7. Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Adhere to established merchandising standards to create an aesthetically pleasing shopping experience for customers.
  12. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
  13. Assist with the set-up and breakdown of promotional displays and events.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Total Wine & More.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development within the company.

  • Knowledge Of Wine And Spirits: A Stock Associate At Total Wine & More Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Types Of Wine And Spirits, Including Their Origins, Production Processes, And Flavor Profiles.

  • Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels And Ensuring Products Are Properly Labeled And Displayed. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Organization.

  • Physical Stamina: The Job Of A Stock Associate Can Be Physically Demanding, With Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Boxes And Cases. Candidates Should Be Able To Stand, Bend, And Lift For Extended Periods Of Time.
