1. Greet and welcome customers to Total Wine & More with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in regards to spirits.
3. Utilize your knowledge and passion for spirits to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
4. Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the world of spirits to educate customers and enhance their shopping experience.
5. Assist customers in finding specific spirits or making special orders.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the spirits section of the store.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately stocked with a variety of spirits.
8. Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to promote return visits and customer loyalty.
9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and expertise in spirits.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
