  • Extensive Knowledge Of Spirits: A Spirits Consultant At Total Wine & More Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Different Types Of Spirits, Including Whiskey, Gin, Rum, Tequila, And More. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Production Process, Flavor Profiles, And Popular Brands In The Market.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Spirits Consultant, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Listen To Customers' Needs, Make Recommendations, And Provide Exceptional Support.
