As a Spirits Consultant, you will have the opportunity to educate and guide customers through our vast selection of spirits, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their tastes and preferences. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in the world of spirits, but also has a genuine enthusiasm for sharing their expertise with others.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and helping them find the perfect spirits for their occasion.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of spirits to educate and guide customers through our selection, including recommendations for pairings and mixing.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and customer preferences to continuously improve and enhance the customer experience.
  4. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, making them feel comfortable and confident in their purchasing decisions.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all spirits are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Collaborate with team members to create enticing promotions and displays to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development programs.
