1. Utilize extensive knowledge of different spirits, including their production processes, flavor profiles, and serving recommendations, to provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make personalized recommendations based on their specific tastes and budgets.
3. Continuously stay updated on new and upcoming spirits, industry trends, and customer preferences to maintain an expert level of knowledge and provide the best possible service.
4. Maintain a well-stocked and organized spirits department, ensuring that all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
5. Conduct regular tastings and educational events to promote spirits and provide customers with an opportunity to learn and discover new products.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, including assisting with inventory management and cashier duties.
