As a Spirits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and recommendations to our customers, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products in the market. 1. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers regarding spirits products.
2. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products in the spirits industry.
3. Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of various spirits and their production processes.
4. Create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Continuously educate yourself on new spirits products and industry developments.
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized and attentive service.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing spirits department.
8. Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting and recommending spirits products to customers.
9. Assist in the organization and execution of spirits-related events or tastings.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
11. Uphold Total Wine & More's customer service standards and company values.
12. Continuously represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for spirits products, promoting and advocating for them within the store and community.
14. Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company.
15. Assist in inventory management and ordering of spirits products.
16. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them to the best of your ability.
17. Proactively seek opportunities to improve the spirits department and enhance the customer experience.
