1. Greeting and welcoming customers to Total Wine & More with a friendly and approachable attitude.
2. Sharing your in-depth knowledge of spirits with customers, including their production process, flavor profiles, and food pairings.
3. Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate spirits based on their preferences.
4. Introducing customers to new and exciting spirits, encouraging them to try new flavors and expand their palate.
5. Creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere in the spirits department, making customers feel comfortable and engaged.
6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new products to continuously expand knowledge and enhance customer experience.
7. Maintaining a clean and organized spirits department, including restocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing.
8. Collaborating with other team members to create engaging and informative displays and events to showcase spirits.
9. Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
10. Being a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More, promoting the company's values and mission to customers.
11. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
