1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate spirits based on their preferences.
2. Utilize expert knowledge of spirits to make recommendations and educate customers on different types, flavors, and brands.
3. Continuously expand knowledge of the spirits industry through research, attending tastings and seminars, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and new products.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and foster a positive shopping experience.
5. Create and maintain visually appealing displays and product presentations to attract customers and highlight key products.
6. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
8. Stay up-to-date on all store policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
9. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to store management.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the store's image and ensure a safe shopping experience for customers.
