- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their wine and spirits purchases.
- Utilize product knowledge and passion for wine and spirits to make recommendations and educate customers on various products.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and make appropriate product suggestions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and fellow team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More by promoting our values and mission to customers.
