1. Curate and maintain the product selection and displays in our store according to company standards and guidelines.
2. Create visually appealing displays that highlight featured products and promotions.
3. Ensure all products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced accurately.
4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any low or out-of-stock items.
5. Collaborate with the buying team to identify new and popular products to add to the store's selection.
6. Regularly review and update product placement and displays to optimize sales and customer experience.
7. Conduct regular store walk-throughs to identify any merchandising opportunities or issues.
8. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their features, as well as industry trends and customer preferences.
9. Train and coach other team members on proper merchandising techniques and standards.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in regards to product displays and signage.
11. Assist with store resets and renovations as needed.
12. Consistently provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product questions and recommendations.
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
14. Stay informed about competitors' products and displays to inform merchandising decisions.
15. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
