- Create visually appealing displays in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Ensure all products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or surpluses to management.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess display and product placement and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and maintain attractive and informative signage to promote products and sales.
- Work closely with vendors to obtain new product information and marketing materials.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative products to be featured in displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and backroom areas.
- Assist in training new merchandising team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.

Strong Knowledge And Passion For Wine, Beer, And Spirits: A Merchandiser At Total Wine & More Should Have A Deep Understanding And Appreciation For The Products Sold At The Store. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Varietals, Regions, And Production Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Merchandiser, You Will Be Working Closely With Store Managers, Vendors, And Other Team Members. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Merchandising Products And Building Relationships With Stakeholders.
Attention To Detail: Merchandising Requires A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Ensure Products Are Displayed Accurately And Attractively. This Includes Checking For Correct Pricing, Product Placement, And Ensuring All Signage And Displays Are Up To Date.
