3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any issues or vulnerabilities.
4. Train and educate store team members on loss prevention policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security protocols.
6. Investigate and document any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
7. Review surveillance footage and provide evidence for internal and external investigations.
8. Communicate effectively with law enforcement and other authorities as needed.
9. Maintain accurate records and reports related to loss prevention activities.
10. Respond promptly to any security or safety concerns raised by team members or customers.
11. Conduct employee bag checks and other security measures as needed.
12. Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in loss prevention.
13. Work closely with store management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention protocols to mitigate risks.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions.
