3. Collaborate with store management and team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
4. Train and educate team members on loss prevention best practices and procedures.
5. Monitor and analyze store inventory and transaction data to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
6. Monitor surveillance footage and conduct surveillance investigations as needed.
7. Respond to and resolve any security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security incidents and investigations.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in security technology to continuously improve loss prevention strategies.
10. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations and prosecution of criminal activities.
11. Conduct regular safety and security assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
12. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and law enforcement personnel regarding security issues and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and trainings to promote a safe and secure work environment.
14. Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating and promoting ethical and responsible behavior.
15. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, while representing the company.
