  1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all wine products, both in-store and online.
  2. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  3. Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to accurately forecast inventory needs and make recommendations for product ordering.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  5. Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels, product information, and pricing.
  6. Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations.
  7. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, and theft.
  8. Respond promptly and professionally to any customer inquiries or concerns related to inventory.
  9. Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving inventory management processes.
  10. Train and mentor other team members on inventory management best practices and procedures.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
  12. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the company.
