Job Description

  1. Maintain accurate inventory levels: The primary responsibility of the Inventory Specialist is to ensure that all inventory levels are accurately recorded and updated in the system. This includes tracking and monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies.
  2. Execute inventory management processes: The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for executing various inventory management processes, such as receiving, stocking, and cycle counting. This will involve following established procedures and protocols to maintain efficient and organized inventory operations.
  3. Monitor and report on inventory trends: The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for monitoring inventory trends, such as stock movement and sales patterns, and reporting any significant changes to management. This will help inform decision-making and planning for future inventory needs.
