Delivery Driver

1. Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all delivery orders.
3. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
4. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
5. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
6. Assist customers with loading and unloading products as needed.
7. Handle product returns and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner.
8. Keep track of delivery schedules and make adjustments as needed.
9. Report any delivery issues or concerns to management promptly.
10. Maintain knowledge of store products and be able to answer customer questions.
11. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
13. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
14. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
15. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while on the job.
16. Keep accurate records of deliveries and expenses.
17. Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
18. Attend training and meetings as required by management.
19. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
