As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional service. 1. Deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Ensure accuracy of orders by double-checking items before delivery.
3. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
4. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving.
6. Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
7. Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate parties.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
9. Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.
10. Keep track of delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
11. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
13. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Total Wine & More.
14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
15. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
