1. Safely and efficiently transport products to customers' designated locations.
2. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
3. Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
4. Load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle.
5. Double-check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
7. Keep track of delivery schedules and plan routes accordingly.
8. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues.
9. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
13. Follow all company and state regulations regarding alcohol delivery.
14. Keep track of mileage, gas, and other expenses for reimbursement purposes.
15. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and suggest recommendations for enhancement.
16. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery Supervisor or Manager.
