1. Greet and welcome customers to Total Wine & More, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Use your extensive knowledge and passion for beverages to assist customers in selecting the perfect product for their needs.
3. Educate customers on the various types of beverages available, including wine, spirits, beer, and cider.
4. Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences and budget.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to ensure accurate and relevant information is shared with customers.
6. Create engaging and informative displays to showcase new and featured products.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product shelves and displays.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
9. Foster a positive and welcoming environment by building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
