1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding their perfect beverage based on their preferences and needs.
2. Share expertise and knowledge about various beverages, including wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic options, with customers and team members.
3. Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and emerging flavors to provide customers with the most current and accurate information.
4. Educate customers on proper serving techniques, food pairings, and storage recommendations for different types of beverages.
5. Conduct tastings and product demonstrations to showcase new and popular products and drive sales.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
8. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products and conducting regular inventory counts.
9. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development, including attending training sessions and workshops.
