1. Conducting product research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and new beverage releases.
2. Providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations based on individual customer preferences.
3. Educating customers about the various products available and making informed suggestions based on their needs.
4. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all products sold at Total Wine & More, including their origins, production processes, and flavor profiles.
5. Ensuring the store's beverage selection is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
6. Collaborating with the store team to create engaging and informative displays and events to promote specific products or brands.
7. Assisting with inventory management, including ordering and stocking products.
8. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
10. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
11. Actively promoting and participating in company-sponsored events and promotions.
