1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including greeting them upon arrival, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers to educate customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
3. Continuously stay updated on new and existing products, including their origins, flavor profiles, and food pairings.
4. Create and maintain displays that showcase featured products and promotions.
5. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation protocols, while handling and serving beverages.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and organized at all times.
7. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and colleagues.
8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
9. Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More, promoting the company's values and mission to customers.
