1. Greet and welcome customers to Total Wine & More with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
2. Share knowledge and expertise on a wide variety of beverage products including wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic options.
3. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized recommendations based on their needs.
4. Educate customers on the unique characteristics and flavors of different beverages, including origin, production process, and food pairings.
5. Continuously expand knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to provide the best and most current information to customers.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of store inventory and assist customers in finding specific products or making substitutions.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
9. Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves to maintain a visually appealing and organized store.
