Beverage Specialist

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beverage needs and inquiries.
2. Share knowledge and expertise on various types of beverages, including wine, spirits, and beer, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the current beverage market, including trends and new products, to provide up-to-date recommendations to customers.
4. Conduct tastings and educational events to showcase new and featured products and provide customers with an enhanced shopping experience.
5. Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing shelves, ensuring product availability, and monitoring expiration dates.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
7. Continuously develop and expand knowledge of beverages through training and research to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to customers.
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and age verification.
10. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand.
12. Attend and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.
