UPS Field Service Engineer

Field and in-house troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of UPS products. Follow departmental procedures and prepare all necessary reports and documentation. Will provide customer support assistance on the following Power Electronic Division (PED) products: SCiB batteries, UPS, Switchgear, Maintenance Bypass. Employee will maintain profitability by submitting thorough and detailed reports and expenses in a timely manner. Employee must understand and adhere to the scope of work assigned. Responsible for all customer interactions in the field to include customer specific reports, requests, and documentation regarding Toshiba's advanced PED products. Employee must possess product knowledge to provide technical support. Employee must be skilled in trouble shooting and repair of Toshiba's UPS Systems. Employee will perform startup and commissioning on Toshiba's UPS Systems.
