- Conduct repairs and overhauls on turbines as needed, in accordance with manufacturer and company specifications.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on turbines.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and technicians, to identify and resolve turbine issues.
- Monitor and adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on turbines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in turbine technology.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics on turbine maintenance and repair procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including timekeeping, attendance, and safety protocols.
- Continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in turbine maintenance and repair processes.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and suppliers for replacement parts and equipment.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to turbine maintenance.
- Adhere to all quality control standards and ensure turbines are operating within specified parameters.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Turbine Maintenance And Repair, Preferably With A Focus On Toshiba Turbines.
Technical Degree Or Certification In Mechanical Engineering, Power Generation, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Turbine Systems And Components, Including Control Systems, Pumps, Generators, And Other Auxiliary Equipment.
Proficiency In Reading Technical Manuals, Schematics, And Drawings To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Turbine Issues.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, While Adhering To Strict Safety And Quality Standards.
