  1. Develop and deliver effective and engaging technical training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to stay current with industry trends and updates, and incorporate them into training materials.
  3. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to effectively convey technical concepts and skills.
  4. Conduct training sessions and workshops in person or virtually, ensuring all participants are actively engaged and learning.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary improvements for future sessions.
  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  7. Provide support and guidance to employees as they develop their technical skills through training.
  8. Stay organized and maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate the training program.
  10. Serve as a technical resource for employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date with Toshiba products and services to effectively incorporate them into training programs.
  12. Communicate with management to understand and address training needs and goals.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company’s values and goals, and uphold a positive and professional image of Toshiba as a leading multinational corporation.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure training materials and methods comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge-sharing among employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Training, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Proficiency In The Latest Software And Hardware Products, Including Toshiba's Products And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Deliver Training Materials, Including Instructional Design, Course Development, And Evaluation Methods.
