- Provide exceptional technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Toshiba products and services.
- Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to assist customers with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Toshiba products.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Toshiba products and technologies to provide comprehensive and accurate support.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and thorough manner.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers when necessary, including installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with team members and other departments.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Technical Support Experience In A Field Service Role, Preferably In The Electronics Or Computer Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Toshiba Products And Their Functionalities, Including Laptops, Desktops, Printers, And Other Office Equipment.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Familiarity With Networking And Connectivity Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, And Dhcp.
Ability To Work Independently And Travel To Various Client Locations, Sometimes On Short Notice, To Provide On-Site Technical Support And Maintenance Services.
