  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Toshiba products and services.
  2. Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and repair Toshiba technology products.
  3. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner to identify and resolve technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the technical support team to find solutions to complex problems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments in order to provide the best support to clients.
  6. Document and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and technical support provided.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on Toshiba products and services.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements to prevent future problems.
  9. Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
