  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supplier quality strategies and initiatives.
  2. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance through regular audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure the reliability and quality of our supply chain.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, providing guidance and support to help them meet our quality standards.
  5. Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Utilize data and metrics to track supplier performance and identify trends or issues that require attention.
  7. Create and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports to communicate performance and progress to internal stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to supplier quality management and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with purchasing and engineering teams to select and qualify new suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  11. Train and educate suppliers on our quality expectations and requirements.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to supplier quality management.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall company goals and objectives.
  14. Represent the company in supplier quality-related meetings and negotiations.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supplier quality processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Quality Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Electronics Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Principles, Supplier Evaluation Methods, And Quality Control Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Suppliers And Internal Teams.

  • Familiarity With Iso 9001 And Other Quality Management Systems, As Well As Experience Conducting Supplier Audits And Managing Corrective Actions.
