  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales goals in the designated region.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the region, and build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to team members.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales strategies.
  7. Manage the regional sales budget and track expenses to ensure profitability.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Toshiba's products and services.
  9. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including forecasting and analysis of sales data.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of the technology industry, including our products and services, and keep updated on industry developments and trends.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that the team does the same.
  13. Continuously strive for personal and team growth and development through trainings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
