  1. Provide administrative support to the field service team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reports.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities, including service requests, work orders, and equipment inventory.
  3. Monitor and track field service technicians' time and attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  4. Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely and efficient resolution of service issues.
  5. Assist in the preparation and submission of service proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order necessary equipment and supplies for field service operations.
  7. Assist in the onboarding process for new field service technicians, including coordinating training and providing necessary resources and materials.
  8. Collaborate with the field service team to identify areas for process improvement and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Support the field service team in organizing and attending events, such as trade shows and conferences, to promote the company's products and services.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Administrative Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A Field Service Or Technical Environment.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively. Candidates Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Efficiently And Meet Deadlines.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Field Service Administrative Assistant Ii Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Internal Teams And External Clients. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office: Candidates Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Office, Including Word, Excel, And Outlook. Familiarity With Other Software And Databases Is Also Preferred.
