  • Provide technical support and services to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful resolution of client problems
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation
  • Train clients on the use of our products and services
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of technical issues and solutions
  • Follow company procedures and protocols for service delivery
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Travel to client locations as needed to provide on-site support
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and potential improvements to products and services
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability To Work Independently And Travel Frequently For On-Site Support And Installations.
