They will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize within a high-pressure environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships with customers and colleagues.The Team Lead will help to ensure that all Topgolf standards of service, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times. They will be responsible for creating a positive and energizing atmosphere, as well as providing coaching and development to their team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
