As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our facility by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and knowledge of the golf industry. Additionally, you must possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. An understanding of budgeting and forecasting, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, is also required.
