Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Sr. Manager of Sales Planning & Analysis with a sharp business acumen and strong technical capabilities to join the Topgolf team. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.The Sr. Manager of Sales Planning & Analysis will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for developing analytical insights to drive sales performance, improve forecasting and budgeting, and develop actionable strategies to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales planning & analysis, a solid understanding of financial and operational metrics, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop analytical insights to drive sales performance and develop actionable strategies to maximize profitability.
  2. Analyze financial and operational metrics to improve forecasting and budgeting.
  3. Proactively identify and communicate sales trends, opportunities, and risks.
  4. Prepare and present detailed reports to key stakeholders, including insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  5. Develop and maintain planning and analysis processes and systems.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve performance and increase sales.
  7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve data analysis and insights.
  8. Monitor customer trends to identify appropriate strategies to increase sales.
  9. Identify, measure, and report on key performance indicators.
  10. Manage and mentor a team of sales analysts.
