
Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Analysis
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Sr. Manager of Sales Planning & Analysis with a sharp business acumen and strong technical capabilities to join the Topgolf team. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.The Sr. Manager of Sales Planning & Analysis will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for developing analytical insights to drive sales performance, improve forecasting and budgeting, and develop actionable strategies to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales planning & analysis, a solid understanding of financial and operational metrics, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical insights to drive sales performance and develop actionable strategies to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial and operational metrics to improve forecasting and budgeting.
- Proactively identify and communicate sales trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to key stakeholders, including insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Develop and maintain planning and analysis processes and systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve performance and increase sales.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve data analysis and insights.
- Monitor customer trends to identify appropriate strategies to increase sales.
- Identify, measure, and report on key performance indicators.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales analysts.
