Topgolf is looking for an experienced and reliable Manager, Operations Support to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This individual will be the backbone of our customer service operations, leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and create an entertaining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have prior supervisory experience in a customer service setting, preferably within the leisure and/or hospitality industry. We are looking for someone who is organized, able to multitask and prioritize under pressure, and who is an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. A successful Manager, Operations Support should be able to think on their feet and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.If you have the necessary qualifications and are passionate about customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Train, coach and mentor staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable and up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure the facilities are clean and well maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in customer service operations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor and control costs within the customer service department.
