Food Runner, Guest Services

We’re looking for a highly motivated Food Runner to join our Guest Services team at Topgolf. As a Food Runner, you’ll be an important part of the guest experience here at Topgolf, ensuring that guests receive their food in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and ensure they are comfortable and satisfied with their dining experience.
2. Collect food orders from the kitchen and deliver them to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Ensure that all food items are properly presented and that the correct order is delivered to the correct guest.
4. Set up and clear tables of dishes and utensils as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
7. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Assist in other tasks or duties as assigned.
