Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and check-in guests in a timely manner.
2. Assist guests with food and beverage orders.
3. Serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
4. Monitor guests’ satisfaction and address any issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Ensure the cleanliness of all guest areas.
6. Assist with setup and breakdown of all food and beverage areas.
7. Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and serving areas.
8. Ensure food and beverage orders are accurately and promptly delivered to guests.
9. Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues.
10. Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
