Food Runner, Guest Services

We're looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented Food Runner to join Guest Services at Topgolf! As a member of the Guest Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest has an unforgettable experience by providing an efficient and timely delivery of food, beverage, and other items. Job Duties:

1. Welcome guests and take their orders in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Provide efficient delivery of food, beverage, and other items to guests in a timely manner.
3. Ensure accuracy of orders and quality of food and drinks.
4. Make sure that all items are clean and in good condition before delivery.
5. Ensure that all items are delivered in accordance with the safety and sanitation regulations.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Prepare and set up tables and other areas for service.
8. Monitor and replenish items as needed.
9. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
10. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
11. Assist with other duties as needed.
