Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Event Sales Administrator to join the team at Topgolf! This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and proactively managing event sales. As the Event Sales Administrator, you will be the face of Topgolf and will be the driving force behind creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to think outside the box. You should also have experience in event sales, have a passion for the hospitality and entertainment industry, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you’re an outgoing, results-driven professional with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate event sales for Topgolf in a proactive manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
  3. Maintain accurate records of event sales and customer data.
  4. Utilize creative problem solving skills to effectively solve customer inquiries and issues.
  5. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure events are successful.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to consistently increase event sales.
  7. Remain up to date on industry trends and regulations.
  8. Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  9. Research and recommend new event sales opportunities.
  10. Prepare and present reports on event sales performance.
