
Event Sales Administrator

As an Event Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for helping to create an engaging and exciting atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service related role, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Additionally, the candidate should have an outgoing and friendly personality, as well as a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and create an enjoyable experience for guests.
- Assist in event planning and execution, including set-up and tear-down of events.
- Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy of customer orders and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage ticket sales for events.
- Monitor and analyze event sales and guest feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the event sales team.

Proven Customer Service And Sales Experience
