
Event Sales Administrator

The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working with guests and clients in a sales-focused atmosphere. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of technology, including sales software and Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in event sales, customer service, and/or hospitality is preferred. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for helping to create memorable experiences for our guests, and managing the event sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Manage the event sales process from start to finish, including booking, coordinating, and executing events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients.
- Utilize sales software and Microsoft Office applications to track sales and manage client relationships.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on event sales and progress.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote events.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor event budget and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure event success.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies.
- Develop relationships with preferred vendors and negotiate favorable rates.
