Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Sales Administrator to join the Topgolf team! This individual must have excellent organizational and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Event Sales Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the events sales process, from the initial inquiry to the event conclusion. We are looking for someone with experience in the hospitality industry, a positive attitude, and an ability to think quickly on their feet. If you have a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a passion for creating memorable experiences, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the event sales process from initial inquiry to event conclusion
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of events
  4. Create and maintain event orders, including contracts, invoices, and receipts
  5. Monitor event sales data and provide regular updates to management
  6. Monitor customer feedback and adjust sales processes accordingly
  7. Assist in the development of event marketing and promotional materials
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  9. Assist with onsite event management
  10. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
