We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Event Sales Administrator to join Topgolf's team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Event Sales team and ensuring the success of all sales-related operations. We need someone with a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also necessary. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Event Sales team, including handling administrative duties, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports.
- Manage and monitor all sales-related operations, such as budgeting, forecasting, and customer outreach.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and records related to sales, including customer orders and invoices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and other materials for sales meetings and presentations.
- Monitor sales trends and provide analysis and recommendations to improve performance.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Leverage Microsoft Office applications to develop and deliver presentations, documents, and other materials.
