Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests at Topgolf • Ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills • Possess a good knowledge of the rules and etiquette of golf • Work in a fast-paced environment • Work well independently and as part of a team • Remain up-to-date on the game of golf and be willing to share knowledge with guests • Assist in resolving any customer service issues • Uphold the standards and guidelines of Topgolf
