At Topgolf, we provide an energetic and engaging environment for our guests and we are looking for someone who can bring that same enthusiasm to our golfers.To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly attitude and the ability to interact comfortably with guests. You should also have some knowledge of golf and the rules associated with the sport. In addition, you must be able to stand for extended periods of time and provide excellent customer service.If you are a people person with a passion for golf, then we want to hear from you! Get ready to have some fun and show off your caddie skills at Topgolf.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and inviting manner.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of golf rules and regulations.
  3. Stand for extended periods of time during shifts.
  4. Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
  5. Assist with the setup and breakdown of golf equipment.
  6. Provide assistance to golfers during their rounds.
  7. Assist golfers with their scoring and keeping track of their progress.
  8. Answer questions and provide knowledgeable advice about the golf course.
  9. Ensure the golf course is kept in pristine condition.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and promote the Topgolf brand.
