Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Associate to join our Tommy Hilfiger team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all duties related to managing and maintaining the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and have a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Additionally, the Warehouse Associate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is also a must.If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products in accordance with the company’s safety standards and procedures.
  2. Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy, and report any discrepancies.
  3. Follow established company policies and procedures for stock control, security, and health and safety.
  4. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and pallets.
  5. Operate and maintain warehouse machinery and equipment.
  6. Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and safety.
  7. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  8. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  9. Prepare and complete orders for delivery and shipment.
  10. Manage shipping and receiving documents.
