Warehouse Associate

Tommy Hilfiger is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team! Our ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong commitment to customer service. The Warehouse Associate will provide support to the warehouse operations in receiving, stocking, pulling, and loading product.The successful candidate must be reliable and have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: • Receive and unpack incoming shipments. • Verify accuracy of shipments and immediately report any discrepancies. • Locate and pull products from shelves to fulfill customer orders. • Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles. • Ensure all orders are packed securely and accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. • Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage inventory. • Utilize appropriate safety and security measures when handling shipments. • Keep pace with product ordering and shipping demands. • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. • Complete other tasks as assigned.
