Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the stockroom and ensuring that merchandise is accurately organized and efficiently stocked. If you have prior experience leading inventory teams and a passion for fashion, we’d love to hear from you!The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in retail inventory management and a working knowledge of modern stockroom systems. An eye for detail and strong organizational skills are also a must. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys leading and developing an inventory team. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stockroom and ensure that merchandise is accurately organized and efficiently stocked
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the inventory team
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain effective stockroom systems
  • Develop and execute inventory control strategies
  • Monitor stockroom staff performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure safety standards are met and followed
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service in the stockroom and coordinate with other departments to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
